How to check the myQA Daily software version and hardware firmware version?
Answer
In order to check the myQA Daily software version and hardware firmware version, please follow the steps below.
Software version
Step 1
Go to myQA Daily webclient.
Step 2
clicking Settings - About
You can find the version number as below:
Hardware firmware version
Step 1
Connect the device to the computer with an Ethernet cable.
Step 2
Switch the device on and wait until the power button LED lights green.
Step 3
Press briefly (<1 s) the Config button on the device. The Activity LED starts to blink.
Step 4
There are three options to open configuration web interface:
- via URL http://myqadaily-[s/n].local/([s/n] to be replaced by the device serial number)
- via URL http://169.254.22.11/ (valid if the device is connected to the PC with a direct cable connection or if no DHCP server exists on the local network)
- via Windows Explorer:

The myQA Daily device configuration web interface opens:
Enter username, “admin” and password (default: “admin”) and click LOGIN.
Step 6
In the Device Info page, you can find the firmware version
Please note: After a firmware upgrade, you should see the updated Firmware version in the screenshot above, e.g. 2023.10.0... or 2023.10.1...
