After copying over the Factory Calibration File for myQA SRS, when I connect I am still getting the Error "Factory Calibration does not exist"?
Answer
First, verify that you have copied the .jdd1 file from the USB provided by IBA to following location.
C:\ProgramData\IBA Dosimetry\SBRTAdapter\Store
Typically, you will have to paste and replace the dummy file that already exists there for your device.
If this is happening, in your windows search bar, launch the services application (this will take local administrator rights).
Next, scroll down to the IBA dosimetry SBRT Server, right click and restart this service. Now launch myQA again and connect the error should be gone.
