How to use myQA Accept with a Citrix System?

Installation
- Install the myQA Accept on a Citrix system as on a PC (see Software Installation).
VDA (Virtual Delivery Agent) registration
Registration myQA Accept application for the VDA (Virtual Delivery Agent) access is required for security reasons and normally done by a Citrix administrator.

Single user mode
myQA Accept is a single user application. Therefore, myQA Accept can only be started once by one user. All subsequent users will be notified that the application is already in use:
CCU Connection
In a Citrix system, the connected CCU may be located on a different IP subnet from the myQA Accept application. In this case, please configure the CCU connection manually:
- Click Common Settings > Equipment Setup > Controllers
- Click New, enter the serial number, IP address, and Port number, and then click OK.
