How to update/replace the LFC license for myQA iON?

This is how to update/replace the LFC license for myQA iON:

Step 1

Stop services LFC-CS and all LFC-LS-[MachineName] services.

Step 2

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\IBA Dosimetry\IBA Dosimetry LFC Service\converter\root\FileExchanges\forLFC and Save/Replace new LFCLicenses.xml

Step 3

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\IBA Dosimetry\IBA Dosimetry LFC Service\converter\root\LogFiles and delete all folders/files.

Attention: This will delete all recorded logfiles for myQA iON for treatments in the past.

Step 4

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\IBA Dosimetry\IBA Dosimetry LFC Service\converter and execute LFC-ServiceInstaller.exe as admin.

You can check that the new license was applied correctly when you go to C:\Program Files (x86)\IBA Dosimetry\IBA Dosimetry LFC Service\converter\LFC-LS\[Machine Name] and check if admin.xml was updated.

Step 5

Start services LFC-CS and all LFC-LS-[MachineName] services.
