What to do when the LynX in unable to collect background in myQA FastTrack
ANSWER:
Uninstall The Point Grey Lightweight Filter Driver
- Disable the antivirus
- Disconnect the LynX
- Go to Ethernet Settings
- Right-click on the Ethernet port then go to Properties
- Select Point Grey Lightweight Filter Driver
- Click on Uninstall
Install Point Grey Lightweight Filter Driver
- Click on Install
- Then Select Network Feature Type "Service"
- Click on Add then Select Microsoft
- Click on Have Disk then navigate to the following path: c:\Program Files\Point Grey Research\FlyCap2 Viewer\driver64\PGRLWF
- Once the driver is selected click OK
- Restart the PC and connect the LynX to measure the background again
