What to do when Zebra/Giraffe could not connect to OmniPro Incline on Windows 11?

  1. Reinstall the OmniPro Incline Software in Repair Mode:

    • Locate the installation file for OmniPro Incline.
    • Select the "Repair Mode" option during the reinstallation process.

  2. Run OmniPro Incline Software in Compatibility Mode:

    • Navigate to the following folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\IBA Dosimetry\OmniPro Incline.
    • Right-click on the OmniPro Incline Application file.
    • Select Properties from the context menu.
    • Go to the Compatibility tab and adjust the settings as needed to ensure compatibility with your system.

  3. Update the Registry for emXX Communication:

    • Follow the instructions provided on the IBA Dosimetry Help Center article here to update the registry settings for emXX communication.
