🔁 Step-by-Step Calibration Workflow

1. Submit Calibration Request
   • Complete the online: https://radcal.com/service-form/ Service Request Form.
2. Download and Share the Request Form
   • After filling out the form, you can download the PDF from the email you receive or directly from the website.

• Share the completed calibration services form with RadCal agents according to your region.

  

1. Quote Evaluation and Approval
   • RadCal will assess the requested services and issue a formal quote for your review and approval.
2. Receive RMA and Shipping Instructions
   • Upon approval, RadCal will send a Return Material Authorization (RMA) including detailed shipping guidelines.
   • ⚠️ Important: Equipment sent without an RMA will be rejected upon arrival.
3. Calibration Service Execution
   • Once all calibration work is completed, RadCal will issue an invoice outlining the associated costs.
4. Release for Return Shipment
   • Upon receipt of your Purchase Order (PO), RadCal will promptly prepare and ship your calibrated equipment.
