How do I request a Return Material Authorization (RMA)?

Please send an email to:
service-emea@iba-group.com (Europe, Middle East, Africa)

service-apac@iba-group.com (Asia Pacific, Australia, New Zealand)
stating the serial number of the device, your customer number (if available, if not your hospital name/ address) and your desired service for your equipment or a description of any abnormalities the devices are showing.
A Customer Support Specialist will get back to you and provide an RMA document. The provided information will ensure a fast and smooth processing of your service order.
Afterwards you can ship in the equipment to the following address. It is required to include a printout of the RMA document attached.
